DD24SCX7 Beeps but Will Not Start

The useful evidence was the split inside diagnostics: the P1 wash-motor function did not operate, while P2 still attempted to drain. That narrows the disabled path without proving which part failed.

What the split does not prove

A silent wash-motor test does not by itself distinguish a jammed rotor, failed motor component, missing supply, harness problem or control command. The functioning drain attempt only shows that the machine was not completely unresponsive.
